Local Infusion seeks a Regional Practice Manager to lead multiple infusion centers in Texas and surrounding MSAs. You will oversee operations, ensure compliance, and coach cross-functional teams—while traveling regionally to support sites and initiatives.
The role requires strong healthcare operations experience, payer policy knowledge, and a proven ability to optimize performance and patient care in a high-volume setting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, nursing, or related field.
- 3+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations or infusion services.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational leadership for multiple infusion centers with strong regulatory compliance.
- Lead and develop clinical, intake, and administrative teams across regions.
- Assess operational challenges and drive timely decisions to support patient care and efficiency.
- Monitor regional performance, identify trends, and implement improvement strategies.
- Oversee staffing, vendor relationships, inventory, and continuity across practices.
- Travel region-wide to provide onsite leadership and training as needs arise.
