Job summary

Local Infusion seeks a Regional Practice Manager to lead multiple infusion centers in the Texas region, including Austin, San Antonio, and Dallas–Fort Worth. You will drive operational excellence, mentor teams, and manage payer processes to ensure smooth patient access and high care standards.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in healthcare operations leadership, strong insurance knowledge, and a willingness to travel across MSAs as our growth expands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field preferred.
• Three or more years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations.
• Strong working knowledge of commercial insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, prior authorizations, and reimbursement processes.
• Clinical background preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel across the region.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for multiple infusion centers.
• Mentor clinical, intake, and administrative teams toward high performance.
• Assess operational challenges and make timely decisions.
• Monitor regional metrics and implement efficiency strategies.
• Ensure SOPs are followed and drive process improvements.
• Oversee staffing, vendor relationships, and inventory across centers.
• Guide intake and revenue cycle teams on payer requirements.
• Travel region to provide onsite leadership and training.
