Job summary

OI Infusion Services, LLC seeks a Regional Operations Manager to lead 10–12 ambulatory infusion centers within an assigned region, driving clinical, customer service, financial, and regulatory performance.

Reporting to the Senior Regional Operations Director, you will hire, develop, and manage 25+ site staff, oversee operations, and partner with Sales and Growth teams to implement strategic initiatives while ensuring HIPAA/OSHA compliance and high patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in healthcare-related field.
• Minimum 4 years in healthcare operations.
• Experience managing multi-site operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to travel up to 80% locally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 10–15 ambulatory infusion centers operationally and financially.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and performance management for 25+ staff.
• Maintain high patient care and satisfaction with clinical leadership guidance.
• Collaborate with Sales and Territory Managers to sustain provider relationships.
• Drive process improvements and ensure HIPAA/OSHA compliance across sites.
• Partner with multiple departments to meet KPIs and strategic goals.
