Job summary

Local Infusion is seeking a Regional Practice Manager for Houston and surrounding MSAs, with travel across the Austin, San Antonio, and Dallas Fort Worth regions. The role leads multiple infusion centers, drives patient access and reimbursement operations, and oversees teams to ensure compliant, high-quality care.

Ideal candidates have a healthcare leadership background, strong insurance knowledge, and the ability to travel as needed to support regional growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a healthcare-related field.
• 3+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations or infusion services.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, prior authorizations, and payer policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for multiple infusion centers with regulatory compliance and patient care.
• Mentor and develop clinical, intake, and administrative teams to foster accountability and improvement.
• Assess operational challenges and make timely decisions supporting patient care and organizational objectives.
• Monitor regional performance, identify trends, and implement strategies to improve efficiency and patient satisfaction.
• Ensure standard operating procedures are followed and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Travel regionally to provide onsite leadership, staffing support, and continuity.
