Job summary

Local Infusion is seeking a Regional Practice Manager to oversee multiple infusion centers in the Raleigh/Cary, NC region. You will lead clinical, intake, and administrative teams, drive performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and enhance patient access and payer processes.

The role requires travel throughout the region and leadership across Operations, Revenue Cycle, and Clinical teams. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in healthcare operations leadership, strong insurance/payer knowledge,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, physician practice management, ambulatory care, infusion services, or a related setting.
• Strong working knowledge of commercial insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, prior authorizations, reimbursement processes, and payer policies.
• Clinical background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for multiple infusion centers, ensuring consistent execution of standards and patient care.
• Lead and develop clinical, intake, and administrative teams to foster accountability and collaboration.
• Oversee patient access, reimbursement, and payer strategy to remove barriers to care.
• Travel regionally to provide onsite operational leadership and business continuity.
