Oi-Infusion-Services,-LLC is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead 10-12 ambulatory infusion centers within an assigned region. You will drive operational excellence, patient satisfaction, and staff development, reporting to the Senior Regional Operations Director.

This role combines leadership with strategic oversight across clinics in VT, ME, and NH. Hybrid work with 4 days/week on-site at clinics and 80% travel locally within the region.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in healthcare operations (preferably in infusion, oncology, or ambulatory services).
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-site operations including oversight of clinical and administrative professionals.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day operations of 10-15 ambulatory infusion centers including clinical, operational, and financial aspects.
• Hire, onboard, retain, and manage performance of employees; manage 25+ site staff.
• Ensure high standards of patient care and satisfaction; lead quality assurance with Medical Directors.
