Job summary

OI Infusion seeks a Regional Operations Manager to guide 10–12 ambulatory infusion centers across a defined region, ensuring excellence in clinical, service, financial, and regulatory metrics. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of healthcare operations experience, preferably infusion/ambulatory.
• Proven leadership and team-building skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
• Analytical thinker with ability to drive improvements across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of 10-15 ambulatory infusion centers within a region.
• Ensure clinical, customer service, financial, and regulatory standards are met.
• Hire, onboard, and manage 25+ site staff; develop high-performing teams.
• Improve patient care and satisfaction; partner with clinical leadership on quality initiatives.
• Lead operational excellence, data-driven decision making, and KPI achievement.
• Support expansion of centers and cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Growth teams.
