Job summary

Local Infusion is seeking a Regional Practice Manager to lead operations across multiple infusion centers in Raleigh/Cary, NC. The RPM will oversee clinical ops, intake, reimbursement, staffing, and regulatory compliance to ensure patient access and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare or related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3+ years in healthcare operations leadership.
• Strong knowledge of payer policies, prior authorizations, and denials.
• Clinical background is a plus and physician practice experience helps.
• Proven ability to lead multiple sites and teams with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for multiple infusion centers across the region.
• Oversee clinical operations, intake, reimbursement support, staffing, and compliance.
• Drive performance metrics and ensure timely patient access and high care quality.
• Collaborate with Pharmacy, Nursing, Revenue Cycle, and executives.
• Travel regionally to provide onsite leadership and continuity.
