Job summary

Local Infusion in Houston seeks a Regional Practice Manager to lead multiple infusion centers, overseeing clinical ops, intake, reimbursement support, staffing, and regulatory compliance. You will partner with Intake, Pharmacy, Nursing, Revenue Cycle, and Leadership to ensure timely access and outstanding patient experience.

The role demands a confident leader with healthcare insurance knowledge, strong operations background, and willingness to travel regionally.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field.
Three+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, physician practice management, ambulatory care, infusion services, or related.
Strong working knowledge of commercial insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, prior authorizations, reimbursement processes, referral management, and medical necessity documentation.
Clinical background preferred.
Ability and willingness to travel regionally across practices.

Responsibilities

Provide operational leadership for multiple infusion centers, ensuring compliance and exceptional patient care.
Lead and develop clinical, intake, and administrative teams with a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Assess operational challenges and make timely decisions supporting patient care and financial performance.
Monitor regional metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency and patient satisfaction.
Ensure SOPs are followed and identify opportunities for process improvements and scalability.
Oversee facility readiness, vendor relationships, inventory, staffing plans, and continuity across practices.
