Local Infusion in Roanoke, VA seeks a Regional Practice Manager to oversee multiple infusion centers, drive operational performance, and ensure exceptional patient care. You will partner with Intake, Nursing, Pharmacy, and Revenue Cycle teams to optimize access, reimbursement, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, healthcare insurance knowledge, and the ability to travel regionally as needs evolve.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
• 3+ years leadership in healthcare operations or infusion services.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance, Medicare/Medicaid, prior authorizations, and reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for multiple infusion centers.
• Lead and develop regional clinical, intake, and admin teams.
• Navigate payer requirements, maximize patient access, and ensure compliance.
• Travel regionally to provide onsite leadership and continuity.
