Job summary

Local Infusion is seeking a Regional Practice Manager to oversee multiple infusion centers in the Raleigh/Cary region. The RPM will lead clinical, intake, and administrative teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize payer processes to improve patient access and experience.

The ideal candidate has healthcare operations leadership experience, strong payer/insurance knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• Progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations or infusion services.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance, Medicare/Medicaid, prior authorizations, and payer policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for multiple infusion centers with regulatory compliance.
• Develop and coach regional teams across clinical, intake, and admin functions.
• Drive performance metrics, improve patient access, and optimize reimbursement workflows.
• Collaborate with Intake, Nursing, Pharmacy, Revenue Cycle, and Leadership.
• Travel regionally to provide onsite leadership and business continuity.
