Job summary

Local Infusion is seeking a Regional Practice Manager (RPM) in Pennsylvania to lead multiple infusion centers, drive operational excellence, and ensure exceptional patient access and reimbursement processes. You will partner with intake, nursing, and revenue cycle teams to navigate payer requirements and optimize referral conversion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• 3+ years of progressive leadership in healthcare operations or infusion services.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance, Medicare/Medicaid, prior authorizations and reimbursement processes.
• Clinical background preferred.
• Willingness to travel regionally and manage multiple practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for multiple infusion centers across the region, ensuring regulatory compliance and high patient care standards.
• Lead and develop regional teams across clinical, intake, and administrative roles; foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Analyze regional performance metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency and patient access.
• Oversee staffing, facility readiness, vendor relations, and inventory coordination to maintain operational continuity.
• Collaborate with Intake, Nursing, Pharmacy, and Revenue Cycle to navigate payer requirements and improve referral conversion.
