Job summary

Local Infusion seeks a Regional Practice Manager to oversee multiple infusion centers across the Roanoke region. You will drive operational excellence, manage clinical and administrative teams, and partner with Intake, Pharmacy, Nursing, and Revenue Cycle to optimize access and care delivery.

The role reports to the VP of Operations and requires travel throughout the region, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of payer policies to improve patient access and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, ambulatory care, infusion services, or related setting.
• Strong working knowledge of commercial insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, prior authorizations, and reimbursement processes.
• Clinical background preferred.
• Ability and willingness to travel regionally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for multiple infusion centers with regulatory compliance and patient care quality.
• Lead, mentor, and develop clinical, intake, and administrative teams across locations.
• Oversee patient access, reimbursement support, and payer relationships to optimize access and revenue.
• Monitor regional metrics and drive improvements in efficiency, satisfaction, and financial performance.
• Ensure SOPs are followed and coordinate facility readiness, staffing, and vendor relations.
• Travel throughout the region to provide onsite leadership and continuity of operations.
