Job summary

Local Infusion seeks a Regional Practice Manager to oversee multiple infusion centers in the Roanoke region. You will lead clinical, intake, and administrative teams, drive operational performance, and ensure timely access to therapies while maintaining compliance and patient experience.

You will partner with Intake, Nursing, Pharmacy, Revenue Cycle, and Leadership to navigate payer requirements, optimize referrals, and uphold standard operating procedures across practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, ambulatory care, or infusion services.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, prior authorizations, and reimbursement processes.
• Clinical background preferred.
• Ability to analyze complex situations and drive outcomes with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for multiple infusion centers and ensure compliance and patient care.
• Lead, mentor, and develop clinical, intake, and administrative teams.
• Assess operational challenges and make timely decisions to support patient care and objectives.
• Monitor regional performance metrics and implement efficiency strategies.
• Ensure SOPs are followed and drive process improvements and scalability.
• Travel regionally to provide onsite leadership and staffing support.
