Local Infusion is seeking a Regional Practice Manager (RPM) to lead operations across multiple infusion centers in the Roanoke region. You will drive performance in clinical ops, patient access, and reimbursement, partnering with intake, nursing, revenue cycle, and leadership to optimize care delivery and payer adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for multiple infusion centers and ensure regulatory compliance and patient care.
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing clinical, intake, and administrative teams.
• Assess operational challenges and make timely decisions to support patient care, compliance, and objectives.
• Monitor regional performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency, patient satisfaction, and financial performance.
• Oversee facility readiness, vendor relationships, staffing plans, and operational continuity across practices.
• Travel throughout the region to provide onsite leadership and training as needed.
