Job summary

Local Infusion is seeking a Regional Practice Manager (RPM) in Pennsylvania to lead operational performance across infusion centers, ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and efficient workflows.

The RPM will partner with Intake, Pharmacy, Nursing, Revenue Cycle, and Executive Leadership to navigate payer requirements and expand access to therapies. Travel across the region is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in healthcare operations or ambulatory care.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance, Medicare/Medicaid, prior authorizations, and reimbursement processes.
• Clinical background is a plus and beneficial for understanding patient care workflows.
• Ability to travel regionally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for multiple infusion centers, ensuring regulatory compliance and exceptional patient care.
• Lead and develop clinical, intake, and administrative teams with a focus on accountability and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Intake, Pharmacy, Nursing, Revenue Cycle, and Executive Leadership to optimize payer processes and access to therapies.
• Monitor regional performance, identify trends, and implement strategies to improve efficiency and financial outcomes.
• Ensure standard operating procedures are followed and scalability opportunities are identified.
