Job summary
Local Infusion is seeking a Regional Practice Manager (RPM) to lead operational excellence across multiple infusion centers in Pennsylvania. You will report to the VP of Operations and oversee clinical operations, intake and access, reimbursement support, staffing, and regulatory compliance while traveling regionally to ensure consistent patient care.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field preferred.
- Three or more years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations.
- Strong working knowledge of commercial insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, prior authorizations, reimbursement processes, and payer policies.
- Clinical background preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational leadership for multiple infusion centers and ensure regulatory compliance and high patient care.
- Lead and develop regional clinical, intake, and administrative teams.
- Oversee patient access, reimbursement processes, and provider relationships.
- Monitor regional performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Ensure SOPs are followed and drive process improvements and scalability.
- Travel regionally to provide onsite leadership and support.
