Soleo Health is seeking a Regional Nurse Supervisor to oversee nursing services for infusion patients in Herndon, VA and surrounding areas. The role directs staffing, ensures quality patient care, and collaborates with the Nurse Manager to optimize operations.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of home health or infusion nursing leadership, a BSN, and an active Virginia RN license. Willingness to drive regionally and manage multiple priorities is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years nursing practice in home health, infusion, or related specialties.
• Minimum 2 years nurse supervisor or management experience in home health or infusion.
• Active RN license in Virginia or multistate license in good standing.
• Willingness to obtain/maintain multistate license where required.
• BSN preferred; advanced certifications welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing services and coordinate staffing for home infusion.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and documentation.
• Provide direct and indirect patient care as needed.
• Collaborate with Nurse Manager and Operations Manager on policies.
• Manage scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
