Job summary

Soleo Health is seeking a Full-time Regional Nurse Supervisor to oversee nursing services for our Specialty Infusion Pharmacy in Herndon, VA and surrounding areas. You will supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate patient care under the Nurse Manager.

Join a team dedicated to complex care, with mileage reimbursement, 401(k), PTO, and education assistance. The role requires at least 2 years of home health or infusion supervision and a VA multi-state license in good standing.

Qualifications

• BSN or MSN preferred.
• VA RN license or multi-state license eligibility.
• Minimum 2 years nursing management in home health or infusion.
• Experience with IV therapy and infusion centers.
• Ability to coordinate and train staff.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct and indirect skilled nursing care to patients.
• Supervises nursing staff, ensures compliance with physician orders.
• Coordinates scheduling and patient care for home infusion.
• Ensures documentation and regulatory adherence across the unit.
