Soleo Health is seeking a Full-time Regional Nurse Supervisor to manage nursing services for our specialty infusion pharmacy in Herndon, VA, and surrounding areas. The role oversees staff, coordinates patient care, and ensures regulatory compliance while supporting the nurse manager.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in home infusion/home health, strong IV therapy skills, and an active Virginia RN license. On-call duties and travel within the region are required.

Qualifications

• BSN or MSN preferred.
• Current RN licensure in good standing.
• On-call rotation including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct and indirect skilled nursing care to patients.
• Implements and manages physician orders related to nursing.
• Directs, plans and coordinates nursing services and staffing.
