Job summary

Soleo Health seeks a Full-time Regional Nurse Supervisor to oversee nursing services for our specialty infusion and home health patients in Herndon, VA, and surrounding areas.

The role demands supervision, clinical leadership, and coordination with the Nurse Manager to ensure compliant, quality patient care and efficient operations. Virginia RN licensure and IV therapy experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• BSN/MSN preferred.
• Current RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years nursing practice in home infusion or related specialty.
• Minimum 1 year nurse supervisor experience in home health or infusion.
• Multistate RN license for VA or willingness to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect skilled nursing care to patients.
• Manage physician orders related to nursing.
• Train, develop and motivate staff to maintain high quality care.
• Ensure orientation and ongoing education; conduct supervisory visits.
• Coordinate patient care with nurse scheduler/clinical coordinator.
• Ensure nursing documentation is accurate and billed timely.
• Participate in planning and implementation of service center activities.
• Maintain professional certifications and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Nurse Manager and Operations Manager on policies and programs.
• Promote department efficiency and productivity.
