Job summary

Soleo Health in Herndon, VA seeks a Full-time Regional Nurse Supervisor to support our specialty infusion pharmacy and patients in the Herndon area. The role leads nursing staff, coordinates clinical services, and ensures high-quality patient care across home health and infusion settings.

Qualifications include RN licensure in good standing, BSN preferred, and 2+ years of supervisory nursing experience in home health or infusion.

Qualifications

• RN supervision and leadership experience in home health or infusion.
• Ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Experience with IV therapies and vascular access devices.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct and indirect skilled nursing care to patients
• Implementation and management of physician orders related to nursing
• Selects, trains, develops and motivates a highly skilled professional and allied staff
• Assures that patient verification, assessment, teaching and scheduling of nursing services occurs in a timely manner
• Ensures that all patient related documentation is completed accurately and filed timely for billing and regulatory compliance
• Coordinates patient care with nurse scheduler and clinical coordinator
• Maintains professional certifications and adherence to policies and procedures
• Responds to emergencies and participates in on-call rotations
