Job summary

Soleo Health seeks a Regional Nurse Supervisor to oversee nursing services across the Boise, ID region. The in-office role directs staffing, coordinates patient care, and ensures regulatory compliance in home infusion settings.

The ideal candidate has an Idaho RN license, BSN, 3+ years in home infusion, and leadership experience. Infusion nursing expertise and vascular access skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Current RN Licensure by State Board of Nursing (Idaho) in good standing.
• BSN from an accredited program.
• Minimum 3 years nursing practice in home infusion or infusion settings; 1 year leadership/management.
• Experience with IV therapies and vascular access devices.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate nursing services for the region.
• Supervise, train, and develop nursing staff.
• Ensure timely patient care, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Nurse Manager and operations for policy implementation.
