Qualificações

• Current RN licensure by the Texas Board of Nursing in good standing.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum 2 years nursing practice in home infusion or related areas.
• Minimum 1 year management experience supervising staff and implementing protocols.
• Must drive to patient sites and have a valid driver’s license.
• Strong written and verbal communication; proficient with MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Administers and coordinates nursing services for the region.
• Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure timely patient verification, assessment, and scheduling of nursing services.
• Maintain accurate documentation for regulatory and billing purposes.
• Collaborate with Nurse Manager and Operations Manager on policies and programs.
• Ensure staff certifications and compliance with standards.
