TEEMA, on behalf of a client in the industrial steam systems sector, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive regional revenue, manage reps and end users, and deliver tailored proposals. You will leverage your engineering/business background to meet goals and exceed sales targets.

The role requires 5+ years external sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Base salary ranges 100000-110000 with commission.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business.
• 5+ years of experience selling to external customers.
• Experience in industrial space.
• Proven ability to present to executives, employees, and clients.
• Strong verbal and written communication; MS Word & Excel.

• Develop and execute a regional sales plan.
