Job summary

Atlas Copco is seeking an Area Sales Manager - Steam for the North East Region to drive boiler rental growth in the SRDNA portfolio. This hybrid, full-time role focuses on expanding the customer base, field visits, and collaboration with engineering to size equipment and provide solution-based proposals.

You will manage opportunities, develop annual sales plans with KPIs, monitor competitors, and report progress while growing Steam Solutions across the region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC, generators, chillers, boilers, or heat exchangers with rental/leasing exposure.
• Bachelor's of Science in Engineering or business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Expand customer base within territory to promote Atlas Copco SRDNA boiler rental business.
• Daily calls and visits to customers.
• Collaborate with technical staff for site assessments, sizing, and solutions.
• Coordinate project specs with internal operations to meet timelines.
• Monitor competitors and report on market activity.
• Prepare progress reports for management on opportunities.
