McCarty Equipment, a SunSource company, seeks a driven Business Development Representative to grow sales across the Bryan-College Station region and Central Texas. You will develop new business, expand key accounts, and offer hose, valves, fittings and related industrial products to customers in oil & gas, industrial, manufacturing, and MRO sectors.

This role emphasizes prospecting, territory growth, and customer-facing sales.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of B2B industrial sales experience.
• Sales experience in oil & gas, industrial distribution, manufacturing, petrochemical, construction, or MRO markets preferred.
• Knowledge of hose, pipe, fittings, gaskets, valves, fluid conveyance products is a plus.
• Proven ability to develop new business and grow customer relationships.

Aufgaben

• Develop new business opportunities within an assigned territory.
• Grow sales with existing customers through regular visits and account management.
• Sell hose, pipe, fittings, gaskets, valves, tools, and related industrial products.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales presentations.
• Follow up on leads, referrals, and customer inquiries.
• Partner with Inside Sales and Operations to support customer needs.
• Maintain customer activity and opportunities within CRM.
• Participate in trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events.
• Travel throughout the territory, including occasional overnight travel.
