Job summary

Flexport is hiring an Implementation Manager to own and evolve the company’s Implementation Methodology as ICP products expand. You will independently drive end-to-end projects, managing cross-functional teams and partnering with Sales and Operations to deliver new business live and delivered as sold.

Qualifications

• BA/BS with 4+ years in logistics, supply chain management/consulting, or freight forwarding.
• Self-starter who spots process gaps and builds the solution before being asked.
• Track record of scoping, planning, and closing client-facing, cross-functional projects.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills; comfortable owning the room with clients.
• Sharp attention to detail and a bias for delivering ahead of schedule.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve the Implementation Methodology for ICP products across customers and services.
• Own gaps by creating playbooks for new products or services as they come online.
• Partner with Sales and Operations as the client’s primary contact through implementation.
• Lead implementation for new accounts and ramp to steady-state delivery.
• Scope awarded business and build the implementation project plan across multiple teams.
• Own the critical path and readiness to support deliveries as sold.
• Adapt plans in real time and drive improvements in service quality.
• Report status to leadership and mitigate barriers with actionable plans.
• Capture lessons learned to improve the Implementation Methodology.
