Job summary

Flexport is seeking an Implementation Manager to own and evolve the Implementation Methodology as ICP products expand. You will drive end-to-end client implementations, partnering with Sales and Operations to deliver on commitments and ensure successful live deployments.

The role requires a BA/BS with 4+ years in logistics, supply chain management, or freight forwarding, and a proven track record in coordinating cross-functional projects with strong communication and attention to detail.
