Job summary

Flexport is hiring an Implementation Manager to own and evolve our Implementation Methodology as our ICP product suite grows. This self-starter role requires driving end-to-end implementation, coordinating with Sales, Operations, and cross-functional teams to get new business live and delivered as sold.

You will build playbooks for new products, own critical paths, and continuously improve the process based on lessons learned from each deployment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS with 4+ years in logistics, supply chain management/consulting, or freight forwarding.
• Self-starter who spots process gaps and builds the solution before being asked.
• Track record of scoping, planning, and closing client-facing, cross-functional projects.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills; comfortable owning the room with clients.
• Attention to detail and bias for delivering ahead of schedule.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve the Implementation Methodology across customers, services, and products.
• Own implementation gaps and create playbooks for new products and services.
• Partner with Sales and Operations as the client's primary contact through implementation.
• Lead implementation for new accounts and ramp to steady-state delivery.
• Scope awarded business and align cross-functional teams to execute the plan.
• Own the critical path and readiness to support, delivering as sold.
• Adapt plans as conditions change and improve service levels and quality.
• Report status to leadership and propose mitigations for barriers.
• Close out implementations with lessons learned to improve methodology.
