Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Advanced analytical, coaching, direct people leadership, communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting business.
• Ability to examine complex business environment and develop/execute plans in response to market and account opportunities.
• Immunology sales leadership experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead a regional team of Immunology Account Executives, guiding skill development and performance expectations.
• Coordinate with IAE and IFT partners to execute regional priorities and ensure alignment with franchise strategy.
• Drive regional business planning, account targeting, and messaging execution using CURO and other tools.
• Engage prioritized accounts to build relationships with key customers and influencers to advance organizational objectives.
