Job summary

AbbVie in the United States seeks a regional Immunology Account Executive leader to coach a field-based team and drive performance across assigned markets. The role requires strong analytical, coaching, and leadership skills with a focus on Immunology portfolio execution.

You will work with franchise leadership to implement regional plans, analyze sales data using CURO, and mentor direct reports to meet strategic objectives. Ability to travel and proximity to HQ cities is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong analytical, coaching, leadership, and communication skills.
• Experience with large accounts and cross-functional teams is strongly preferred.
• Immunology sales/sales leadership experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and execute skill development plans for direct reports.
• Lead KAM and internal business partnerships to ensure coordinated execution of Immunology priorities.
• Advance development planning with direct reports and IFT partners to strengthen inclusion and culture goals.
• Clarify and integrate marketing strategies into regional execution and key account planning.
• Analyze sales data with CURO to inform planning and execution and drive performance.
• Engage prioritized accounts to establish relationships with key customers.
