Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a field-based Immunology regional leader to manage a team of Immunology Account Executives across a multi-state region. You will assess regional opportunities, prioritize priority accounts, and ensure delivery of product performance goals by coordinating with key customer influencers and decision-makers.

The role requires strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills, with experience in immunology sales and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Advanced analytical, coaching, direct people leadership, communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting business.
• Ability to examine complex business environment and develop/execute plans in response to market and account opportunities.
• Immunology sales leadership and large accounts experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening test.
• Willingness to travel regionally and drive as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional team of Immunology Account Executives; assess regional business opportunity and deliver on product performance goals.
• Oversee regional priority Immunology accounts (IDN Health Systems, hospital systems, specialty pharmacies).
• Engage key customer influencers and decision-makers through direct reports.
• Coordinate with IAE and in-field support teams for coordinated regional execution.
• Drive regional planning and pull-through execution in support of Immunology priorities.
