The role requires deep knowledge of Immunology value propositions and strong collaboration with in-field support teams to drive product performance. The ideal candidate has proven leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to translate marketing strategies into practical regional plans while engaging key

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Advanced analytical, coaching, direct people leadership, communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting business.
• Ability to examine complex business environment and develop/execute plans in response to market and account opportunities.
• Immunology sales/sales leadership preferred but not required.

• Develop, implement and execute effective skill development plans for direct reports. Deliver coaching via field-travel and engagement with IAEs.
• Lead KAM and internal business partnership communication and collaboration for coordinated execution of AbbVie Immunology priorities.
• Develop, monitor and advance development planning process with direct reports and elevate inclusion and culture goals.
• Clarify and integrate marketing strategies into regional execution and training needs during meetings to boost regional effectiveness.
• Understand evolving healthcare landscape and identify health system opportunities with creative solutions.
• Engage prioritized accounts directly to establish relationships with key customers.
