Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a field-based Regional Immunology Account Executive leader to guide a team across multiple states in the Immunology portfolio. The role focuses on identifying regional opportunities, coaching direct reports, and coordinating with in-field teams to meet product performance goals.

The position requires a bachelor's degree and strong analytical, coaching and leadership skills. Travel is extensive, and the incumbent will interact with IDN systems, hospital networks and specialty

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Advanced analytical, coaching, direct people leadership, communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting business.
• Ability to examine complex business environment and develop/execute plans in response to market and account opportunities.
• Immunology sales/sales leadership preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and execute effective skill development plans for direct reports.
• Lead KAM and internal business partnership communication and collaboration to insure effective execution of priorities.
• Develop, monitor and advance development planning with direct reports; elevate inclusion and culture goals.
• Clarify and integrate marketing strategies into regional execution and account planning.
• Engage prioritized accounts directly to establish relationships with key customers.
