Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a field-based Immunology regional leader to coach and manage a team of Immunology Account Executives across assigned states. The role focuses on identifying regional opportunities, aligning accounts with Immunology value propositions, and driving performance through cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities include leading sales analytics, coaching, and regional planning to deliver on product goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Advanced analytical, coaching, direct people leadership, communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting business.
• Ability to examine complex business environment and develop/execute plans in response to market and account opportunities.
• Immunology sales/sales leadership preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional Immunology Account Executives and oversee coaching and development.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners to align regional strategies with national priorities.
• Drive data-driven selling through CURO and other tools to achieve regional targets.
• Engage key accounts and influencers to optimize access and product performance.
• Collaborate with leadership to execute regional business planning and training.
