Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a field-based Regional Immunology Sales Leader to drive performance across the assigned geography. You will coach a team of Immunology Account Executives, align regional strategies with franchise priorities, and collaborate with internal partners to optimize messaging and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Advanced analytical, coaching, direct people leadership, communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting business.
• Ability to examine complex business environment and develop/execute plans in response to market and account opportunities.
• Immunology sales/sales leadership preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening test.

Responsibilities

• Lead a regional team of Immunology Account Executives and drive performance.
• Develop skill development plans and coach direct reports during field activities.
• Coordinate with KAM and internal teams to align priorities and messaging.
• Analyze sales data using CURO to inform regional strategy and execution.
• Engage key accounts to build relationships with influencers and decision-makers.
