Job summary
AbbVie is seeking a field-based Regional Immunology Account Executive leader. You will lead a regional team of Immunology Account Executives, coaching them to optimize regional performance, and drive strategic account execution with cross-functional partners.
You will analyze sales data (CURO) to inform planning, collaborate with IAE teams, and develop development plans for direct reports while advancing inclusivity and culture goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Advanced analytical, coaching, direct people leadership, communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting business.
- Ability to examine complex business environment and develop/execute plans in response to market and account opportunities.
- Immunology sales/sales leadership preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Lead regional team of Immunology Account Executives and coach them to achieve objectives.
- Drive regional business strategy, planning and execution across key accounts.
- Analyze sales data and use CURO for regional performance insights and strategic selling.
- Collaborate with IAE and Immunology teams to execute core priorities.
- Develop and implement development plans for direct reports and foster inclusive culture.
