Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a field-based Regional Immunology Leader to manage and coach a regional team of Immunology Account Executives. You will assess regional opportunities, engage with key accounts, and collaborate with IAE and cross-functional teams to execute strategic priorities, leveraging CURO analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Advanced analytical, coaching, direct people leadership, communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting business.
• Ability to examine complex business environment and develop/execute plans in response to market and account opportunities.
• Immunology sales/sales leadership preferred but not required.
• Driving a personal auto or company car or truck.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and execute skill development plans for direct reports and coach through in-field engagement.
• Lead regional account management and ensure effective collaboration with IAE and cross-functional teams.
• Build and monitor development plans for direct reports and elevate inclusion and culture goals.
• Integrate marketing strategies into regional execution and sales training during meetings.
• Understand health system opportunities and conceptualize solutions within approved resources.
• Lead analysis of sales data and communicate regional performance vs. objectives.
• Engage prioritized accounts to establish relationships with key customers.
