Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a field-based Immunology Account Executive leader to drive performance across a regional team. You will coach and guide regional Immunology Account Executives, align plans with franchise priorities, and optimize account engagement with key decision-makers.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to advance Immunology initiatives, use analytics to inform strategy, and apply strong leadership to develop talent and achieve sales objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Advanced analytical, coaching, direct people leadership, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to examine complex business environment and develop/execute plans in response to market and account opportunities.
• Immunology sales/sales leadership experience preferred but not required.
• Driving a personal auto or company car or truck as part of the field-based role.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and coach a regional team of Immunology Account Executives.
• Coordinate field-based execution with Immunology accounts and regional teams.
• Develop regional plans, capture opportunities and drive performance.
• Coach and develop reports to meet behavioral and business objectives.
• Collaborate with field and internal partners to advance Immunology core priorities.
