Job summary

Cyera is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead a high-performing sales team in the Miami area, building the territory and driving quota attainment. You will set the regional strategy, coach reps, and ensure execution of best practices in prospecting and closing.

Partner with Cyera Leadership and Channel Partners to optimize account coverage, develop talent, and deliver growth in a fast-paced cloud-security market. A proven sales leadership background is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and coaching of sales teams.
• Strong track record of meeting/exceeding quotas.
• Expertise in CRM usage and territory planning.
• Deep understanding of data security and cloud environments.
• Ability to mentor Account Executives and conduct reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional sales team to meet or exceed quotas.
