Job summary

Johnson Controls in Florida is seeking a regional HVAC sales leader to drive growth for FCU, VAV, and BCU products through rep firms and direct offices. You will develop strategic plans, manage forecasts, and deliver technical training to sales teams and consulting engineers.

You will collaborate with product management, operations, and sales to win opportunities, build market share, and ensure successful launches across the Central and East regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or engineering technology.
• 5–10 years HVAC experience in design/build markets.
• Proven track record delivering revenue goals and managing sales plans.
• Strong knowledge of FCU and VAV products; familiarity with BCU/AHU.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans for FCU, VAV, and BCU products.
• Build relationships with rep firms and direct offices and owners.
• Lead revenue reviews and adjust selling strategies based on market conditions.
• Provide technical product training and support at field events.
