Johnson Controls in Indiana is seeking a senior HVAC sales leader to drive profitability and market expansion. You will lead the construction and service sales team, develop and execute plans for key accounts, and establish lasting relationships with strategically important customers.

You will hire, coach and manage a high-performance sales team, monitor budgets and forecasts, and ensure adherence to policies while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or Marketing.
• Eight to ten years of progressive sales and/or operational experience in HVAC.
• Three years in a lead or supervisory role with responsibility for others.

Responsabilidades

• Lead HVAC sales by executing strategies to achieve profitability, growth and market penetration.
• Hire, coach and develop sales staff; manage expenses and resources.
