Johnson Controls, Inc. is hiring an HVAC Selling Sales Manager in Atlanta, GA to lead profitable branch growth and strengthen long-term customer relationships.

The role focuses on account management strategy, sales planning, forecasting, and pipeline management for equipment solutions across building types. You will coach the local sales team, own the sales roadmap, and establish relationships with owners, architects, consulting engineers, and contractors to expand market share.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of industry experience in HVAC sales.
• 3+ years of leadership experience with responsibility for others.
• Available for frequent travel.
• Ability to work onsite in Atlanta, GA; commuting distance or relocation required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead account management strategies to build and sustain long-term relationships with targeted customers.
• Plan, forecast, manage, and deliver branch growth focusing on revenue, gross margin, EBIT, and working capital.
• Manage account assignments to support sales performance to plan.
• Develop and lead the local sales team to strengthen capability and market coverage.
• Own sales planning, pipeline management, and sales activity tracking.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key owners, architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Increase market penetration by securing new customers and expanding existing accounts.
• Build and maintain Account Plans for key accounts and bundled offerings.
