Job summary

Integra is seeking an HSE Manager to lead safety programs across multiple sites in Texas. You will drive compliance with OSHA/EPA standards, mentor regional SHE teams, and advance a culture of continuous improvement.

The role interfaces with corporate leadership and site safety personnel to align policy, training, and performance metrics. The ideal candidate has CSP and CHST certifications, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and at least 5 years of progressive safety experience, with travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation, review, and implementation of safety plans, procedures, and technical deliverables.
• Provide subject matter expertise and mentorship to junior safety professionals.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other applicable regulatory standards.
• Participate in and lead high-level safety reviews, including those related to operational risk and complex processes.
• Plan and deliver targeted training on safety practices, regulatory updates, and hazard mitigation.
• Conduct and document site inspections, hazard assessments, and root cause analyses for incidents.
• Identify trends and recommend improvements to reduce risks and enhance safety performance.
• Collaborate with project teams, engineering, operations, and leadership to integrate safety into all phases of work.
• Stay current with industry best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in safety management.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction or General Industry – Required
• First Aid/CPR Certification – required

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field
