Job summary

Integra in Lancaster, TX invites an experienced HSE Manager to oversee day-to-day safety activities across assigned operations and sites. You will implement safety programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and serve as the primary safety contact.

You will supervise site safety staff, coordinate training and risk assessments, and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with operations, engineering, and leadership to identify hazards, develop controls, and measure safety performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field is required.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction or General Industry is required.
• First Aid/CPR Certification is required.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive safety experience including field roles.
• Experience leading other safety professionals is required.
• Experience in high-risk industries (construction, energy, manufacturing) is highly desirable.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US; driving to project sites will be needed.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards (29 CFR 1910/1926), NFPA, ANSI, ISO 45001 is required.
• Ability to maintain site safety records in accordance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation and implementation of safety plans and procedures.
• Provide mentorship to junior safety professionals.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other standards.
• Lead high-level safety reviews for operations and processes.
• Plan and deliver targeted safety training.
• Conduct site inspections, hazard assessments, and root cause analyses.
• Identify trends and propose safety improvements.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate safety into all work phases.
• Stay current with industry best practices and regulatory changes.
