Integra Mission Critical, LLC. is seeking an experienced HSE Manager in Georgia to lead day-to-day safety activities across project sites.

You will implement safety plans, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor site safety staff while collaborating with operations and engineering teams. Responsibilities include incident investigations, risk assessments, training delivery, and continuous safety improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, Engineering or a related field required
• OSHA 30 Hour Construction or General Industry required
• First Aid CPR Certification required
• Minimum 5 years of progressive safety experience including field-based safety roles
• Experience leading other safety professionals
• Must possess legal authorization to work in US
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to travel between project sites as needed
• Knowledge and application of OSHA standards 29 CFR 1910/1926 NFPA ANSI ISO 45001 and related regulations
• Maintain site safety records and documentation in accordance with federal, state and company requirements

Aufgaben

• Lead the creation, review, and implementation of safety plans, procedures, and deliverables
• Provide mentorship to junior safety professionals
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other applicable standards
• Lead high-level safety reviews for operational risk and complex processes
• Plan and deliver targeted safety training on practices, regulatory updates, and hazard mitigation
• Conduct site inspections, hazard assessments, and root cause analyses
• Identify trends and recommend improvements to reduce risks
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate safety into all phases of work
• Stay current with industry best practices and regulatory changes

Ausbildung

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, Engineering or related field

Master's degree in a relevant discipline (preferred)
