Job summary

Integra in Lancaster, TX is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to oversee day-to-day safety at our projects. You will develop and maintain safety programs, ensure OSHA/EPA compliance, and mentor site safety staff.

This role requires a Bachelor's in a related field, OSHA 30-Hour, First Aid/CPR, 5+ years of safety leadership, and travel to project sites as needed. Join a team focused on continuous improvement and safe operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction or General Industry is required.
• First Aid/CPR Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety plans, procedures, and technical deliverables for projects.
• Mentor junior safety professionals and provide SME guidance.
• Ensure OSHA/EPA and applicable standards compliance.
• Lead high-level safety reviews for risk and complex processes.
• Deliver targeted safety training and hazard mitigation.
• Document site inspections and root cause analyses for incidents.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate safety across all phases.
