Job summary

Integra Mission Critical, LLC. in Lancaster, TX seeks an experienced HSE Manager to oversee day-to-day safety at project sites.

You will implement safety programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead site safety staff while driving a culture of continuous improvement. You will collaborate with operations, engineering and leadership to identify hazards, develop controls, and measure safety performance, mentoring junior professionals and delivering targeted training on hazard mitigation and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• OSHA 30 Hour Construction or General Industry required.
• First Aid CPR certification required.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive safety experience, including field roles.
• Experience leading other safety professionals.
• Experience in high risk industries such as construction, energy or manufacturing is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation, review, and implementation of safety plans, procedures, and deliverables.
• Provide subject-matter mentorship to junior safety professionals.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other standards.
• Lead high-level safety reviews related to risk and complex processes.
• Plan and deliver targeted training on safety practices and regulatory updates.
• Conduct site inspections, hazard assessments, and root cause analyses.
• Identify trends and recommend improvements to reduce risk.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate safety into all work phases.
