PRC Resources is seeking a Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Manager / Coordinator in the Schertz, TX area. This hands-on role focuses on developing, implementing, and improving safety and environmental programs across multiple locations, with field collaboration and leadership engagement.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in occupational health and safety, preferably in ready‑mix concrete, construction, heavy equipment, manufacturing, or industrial operations.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations and incident investigation procedures.
• Experience conducting field inspections, employee safety training, and compliance audits.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and continuously improve safety and environmental policies, procedures, and programs.
• Promote a proactive safety culture across plants, fleet ops, and job sites.
• Identify hazards and implement corrective actions with leadership and field staff.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments across facilities and equipment.
• Lead investigations, document findings, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain safety documentation, training records, inspections, and regulatory records.
